• We offer a lifetime warranty, assuring that our materials and workmanship are free of manufacturing defects.
• Please note that the warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, crowding, deformation due to misuse, accidents, exposure to extreme conditions, color change, acids, inks, oils, solvents, water or malicious damage.
• Our warranty also does not cover claims for incidental or consequential damages in from the use of the product.
• In any case, we reserve the right to inspect the item and make a fair judgment as to whether the defect is covered by our warranty. We reserve the right to offer a repair, an exchange for the same item (or an “equivalent” item if the same is not available) or a full refund.
• The Bagtrainer warranty is in addition to applicable consumer protection laws.

Defective items

• In the highly unlikely event that the item has a defect, please email us (with photos, if applicable) and we can provide you with a return address label so that you can return the item to us free of charge.
• We recommend that you keep a copy of your proof of mailing.
• Once we receive the item, we can check the quality of the product and if it is found to be defective, we will send you a replacement item or refund the purchase price.
