Shipping Policy

In a nutshell

  • Free shipping with DPD, always provided with a track & trace
  • Shipping to all countries within the European Union
  • Orders shipped quickly: in less than 1 business day
  • Easy to track your package with tracking link via our email confirmation
  • All orders are shipped within 1 business day with DPD, in some cases even the same day.
  • Please provide your phone number and email at checkout. We use this to fill in on the parcel service’s shipping label. If there is a problem with the delivery of your order, the courier driver may try to contact you and ask for further delivery instructions.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed and may vary depending on your location, festivities, holidays at the delivery location and weather conditions.
  • We reserve the right to change the delivery method if a better shipping service can be provided, for example an upgrade to a faster service (also free of charge).
  • Pre-ordered items (pre-orders) are shipped on a first-come, first-served basis. Delivery time may vary and is therefore not guaranteed.
  • Please note that some remote addresses may be subject to a surcharge, which we will have to charge you afterwards, as the system does not display this at checkout. This rarely happens and we appreciate your understanding.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable.
  • Please note that it is your responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address. Delivery addresses can only be changed prior to shipment. If an order is not accepted by you upon delivery (or if there is no one to accept it on your behalf) or if it is returned to us unconcerned, we reserve the right to still return it to you for additional shipping costs. Or if you choose that you still don’t want the package, deduct the shipping costs incurred from the refundable purchase price.
  • In the unlikely event that items are missing from your order, packaging has been tampered with, or things have been damaged in transit, please take pictures immediately and contact us immediately. If items are missing or damaged in transit, we ask that you give us at least 30 days from the day you contacted us to investigate and give you a partial refund for the damaged or missing items. If you do not have convincing evidence of theft or damage, it may result in your claim being denied.
