Return policy

If you are reading this shared, it is because you have probably changed your mind about your purchase. It would mean a lot to us if you could give us some feedback about your experience with us. This way we can continue to improve our products and services for you.

 

These are the steps to start the return process

  • Please email info@bagtrainer.com with your return request and include the following: your name, your order number, the name of the item you wish to return.
  • Your return request will then be processed by us within three business days.
  • Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a return label via email that allows you to return the item free of charge. Preferably also use the original packaging.
  • Deliver the return package to a DPD mail point. Here you can find the nearest DPD postal point near you.


Please note the following before returning items

  • All returned items must comply with the terms and conditions and our return policy. Otherwise, we reserve the right to return the product to you at our own expense.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition and properly packaged.
  • All returns must be returned in the original reusable packaging. If you no longer have it, return it in a package of similar size to the one originally sent.
  • Custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
  • Make sure your return request is submitted within 30 calendar days of receipt. After your return request has been approved by us, the returned item must be received by us within 14 calendar days.
  • Return requests will be processed by us within three business days.
  • Returns will be processed within three business days of receipt of the returned item at our office.
  • Please note that it will take a minimum of three business days for the money to be in your account from the date of notification of the refund. Refunds will only be paid through the original payment method.
  • We strongly encourage you to properly package your return and use the return label we will send you via email when your return request is approved. If you do use your own return label, we are not responsible for the cost of this and cannot be held liable if logistical problems arise.
  • We reserve the right to give you a partial refund if the value of the product has been reduced due to insufficient packaging or false claims.
