No, you don’t pay shipping costs and the shipment always comes with a track & trace as well. This makes it easy to track your package.

Changing your order is possible before it is shipped. If so, send us an e-mail immediately via our contact page.
Once your order has been shipped and is in transit, it is impossible for us to make any adjustments. You must then place a new order and return your incorrect order.

Sometimes delivery people leave packages in random places, such as your front door, somewhere hidden behind a bush, at a neighbor’s house, or if none of these options are safe, they may mark your order as delivered and come back during the day. More often than not, they leave a bill with information.

Delays are rare and unfortunately can occur for a variety of reasons, including holidays, weather conditions.

If you refuse delivery of your order and it is returned to us, we may give you a partial refund, discounting the cost associated with that delivery.

Warranty

The warranty on Bagtrainer products is valid for life. Please note that making your own modifications/repairs and modifications/repairs by third parties may void the warranty.

We use high-quality, genuine, full-grain leather because it is the most durable and a hard-wearing leather type.

Yes, we do not accept animal cruelty in the production of our products and we always do our utmost to ensure that our leathers come from responsible tanneries.

Yes, when a product is finished with cotton we use 100% Cotton twill.

Absolutely, we try to do our designs justice by photographing them and representing them as accurately as possible. We also check the quality of all our products before they are shipped to ensure that what you see and what we make is up to standards.

Minor color differences may occur depending on your screen resolution, brightness and other factors. We take great care to ensure that there is as little color difference as possible between the image on the website and the product you receive.

While we make every effort to ensure that our products are free from manufacturing and material defects, our products are handmade and we work with natural materials, so in the unlikely event that your product has minor blemishes, variations or imperfections, these are not to be considered defects, but rather a statement of natural craftsmanship.

We offer a 30-day return policy for refunds and exchanges.

We are here to help you. If you have accidentally damaged your product or there is a flaw in it after years of use and you want us to repair it, please contact us.

You can cancel your order before it has shipped. Once shipped, you must wait for your order to be delivered and then return it to us.

Returning an item is easy. Go to the return policy page and follow the steps.

We may ask for proof of purchase if we can’t find you in our sales registration system.
